These terms cover cellsmith.org, Cellsmith templates and tools, and the Cellsmith add-ons for Google Sheets: Cellsmith Alerts and the Arabic Toolkit. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@cellsmith.org.

Cellsmith add-ons and Cellsmith Pro

• How they run. Cellsmith add-ons run inside your Google account using Google Apps Script. They work only in the spreadsheet you use them in.
• Free plans. Each add-on has a Free plan with the limits shown on its page: cellsmith.org/alerts and cellsmith.org/arabic. We may change Free limits in the future and will say so on those pages.
• Cellsmith Pro. Cellsmith Pro is a subscription sold through Gumroad, monthly or yearly. One subscription unlocks Pro in every Cellsmith add-on. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel from your Gumroad receipt or library; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds. If Cellsmith Pro is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• License keys. A Cellsmith Pro key is for one person and may be activated in any Cellsmith add-on on up to 3 of that person's Google accounts. Please do not share or resell keys. Teams buy one key per person who uses Pro.

Cellsmith Alerts

• What it does. Cellsmith Alerts checks a Google Sheet against rules you set and emails the matching rows on a schedule you choose.
• Google's limits. Scheduled checks run within the limits Google sets for add-ons, including daily email limits and at most one scheduled check per hour. Google picks the exact minute within the hour you choose.

Arabic Toolkit

• What it does. The Arabic Toolkit adds formulas and tools that write amounts in Arabic and English words, convert dates to and from the Hijri calendar, format dates in Arabic and clean Arabic text.
• Hijri dates. Hijri dates follow the Umm al-Qura calendar from 1343 to 1500 AH (1924 to 2077). Countries that start months by moon sighting may differ by a day.
• Check before you sign. Read amounts in words and converted dates before you use them on cheques, contracts or official documents.

Use it for alerts, not emergencies

Cellsmith Alerts is a helper for everyday work. Emails can be delayed or missed, for example if Google is unavailable, your account reaches its email limit, a tab or column is renamed, or the add-on's access is removed. Do not rely on it for anything where a missed or late alert could cause harm, such as medical, safety or legal deadlines.

Templates and downloads

• When you buy or download a Cellsmith template, you may use it for yourself, your household or your own business, including across your team.
• You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the files, or offer them as your own templates.
• Free files stay free. Updates to a template you bought are free.

Your responsibilities

• Only add recipients who expect to receive the digest, and only include data you are allowed to share with them.
• Do not use Cellsmith products to send spam, to break the law, or to break Google's terms.
• Check important numbers yourself. Templates and calculators are tools, not financial, legal or professional advice.

No warranty

Cellsmith products are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work hard to keep them accurate and running, but we cannot promise they will be error-free or always available.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cellsmith is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and, for Cellsmith Pro subscribers, email you before it applies. You can stop using Cellsmith products at any time. We may suspend access for misuse of these terms.
